From I-40 take exit 270 (Rt 15-501 South to Chapel Hill)
Proceed south towards Chapel Hill for 1.3 miles (through 6 stoplights).
At the 6th stoplight (Erwin Road) turn right.
Immediately turn left on to Dobbins Road (in front of Residence Inn)
Proceed .5 miles and turn right into the 3rd and last entrance to Franklin Square.
Park at the end of the parking lot and find me in the last unit of the last building.
You will see rocking chairs on the porch.
